This course is a comprehensive program in mindfulness and school-based yoga practices for adolescents that focuses on the complete physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of students. Participants explore the 5 Element Framework of the Little Flower Yoga approach - connect, breathe, move, focus, and relax - and learn 35 practices to implement these five elements.

Virtual Neuroscience Practices Teacher Training (Summer 2021)

Teacher Training is a comprehensive certification program in mindfulness and school-based yoga practices for children and adolescents that focuses on the complete physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of students. Over the course of this hybrid training program, participants will explore the 5 Element Framework of the Little Flower Yoga approach - connect, breathe, move, focus, and relax - and learn how to create developmentally appropriate lesson plans using this structure through discussion, lectures, group work, and practice teaching.
