In recognition of the need for evidence-based, universal, trauma-responsive practices that support the complete physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of children, youth, staff, and caregivers, the TASN School Mental Health Initiative has partnered with The School Wellness Project to develop a 3 hour self directed course to support an overview of the five skills to teach children how to increase awareness of their nervous system state and learn to regulate their nervous system. Participants will choose and implement one practice with children/youth.
